Meeting Minutes |
FALCON FANATICS
Minutes of January 11th 2005
At 7:17pm Joe Cooper called the
meeting to order. Gail Clancy read the minutes for December
and Ray Brown gave the treasurer’s report.
Joe
announced that Alge Crumpler would not be at our meeting due
to the upcoming playoff games. Alge had wanted to come and
he thanked us for donating to his favorite charity.
Bobby
Hebert will speak at our February meeting.
Joe
announced that if you paid for season parking and your name
is on the list, for an extra $25.00 you would be able to
park in the same spot for the play-off games. The Falcon
Fanatics will be tailgating, and serving hamburgers and hot
dogs. We will start serving at 5:30pm and will start
breaking down around 7:00pm. Also, we will have a raffle.
The item to be raffled is a very nice Falcon Jacket.
Candy
Cooper had an idea that proceeds for this weeks raffle at
the tailgate party should be donated to the Tsunami relief.
A motion was made and it was voted on and passed.
Kim
Montcalm and Karen Beard will do the children’s hospital
pizza parties in February and March. They will need
volunteers.
Chuck
Ruffino said he received a request from Daryl Cossey, a
soldier serving in Iraq, for a team photo and a cheerleader
squad picture. Chuck wanted to know if anyone had a team
photo that we could give Daryl. A motion was made to make
Darly Cossey an official member of the Falcon Fanatics. It
was voted on and passed unanimously.
Joe Cooper
thanked all the committees and the officers for all the hard
work they have done for the club this year.
Joe is
looking for someone to head up a committee to nominate the
officers for next year. Joe is also looking for
articles for the sletter. The articles can be about the
team, players, or other pertinent information.
New
Business:
There was
no business.
Meeting was
adjourned at 7:48pm.
